The Fire Road is semi-straight lasted with a filled in medial post which offers a stable and consistent foot strike on the most uneven terrain. The Fire Road also offers a protection plate in the midsole that is fanned in the forefoot to offer great protection against rocks and roots without sacrificing forefoot flexibility.
