The 2150 is the newest shoe in the 2000 series. Compared to the GEL-1150 the GEL-2150 uses Solyte midsole material in combination with GEL cushioning in the heel and forefoot for a softer and lighter midsole than the GEL-1150. The high density foam in the medial midsole in conjunction with the Impact Guidance System (IGS) helps slow the rate of overpronation making this shoe suitable for moderate overpronaters.
