The Asics GEL-1150 is the latest entry in the ASICS 1000 series of shoes designed to provide exceptional comfort and performance at a price point that appeals to runners of all levels and abilities. The GEL-1150 uses a spEVA midsole in combination with a GEL Cushioning System to absorb impact forces on heelstrike and help propel the foot on toe off. A small amount of high density foam in the medial side of the midsole helps to slow down the rate of overpronation and support the arch making this shoe suitable for the mild-overpronater.
