Core Class Starts on Sept 9th!

Join us Monday's and Wednesday's at 7:30pm for a 30min core workout that will leave you feeling stronger in both your athletic endeavours and daily life. The class will focus on strengthening and defining the ab muscles, lower and upper back, shoulders and hip flexors. Lead by certified personal trainer, Care Wakely, you will be sure to feel the difference from this class within weeks.
When: Starts Wednesday, September 9th @ 7:30pm
Where: Frontrunners in Langford
Cost: $5/class or 10 for $40

157 runners took to the trails in race #3 of the 2009 Frontrunners GutBuster Trail Running Series presented by The North Face this past weekend. The challenging trail race offered both a short course (6.2km) and long course (13.8km) with both options showcasing the amazing trail network at Royal Roads University. A big thanks goes out to the Royal Roads Running Club for designing the courses and organizing all of the volunteers! *PHOTOS ADDED
